Six-week session, twice a week for the month of December. 
   11U and 12U will start training with the Tidal Tank Training. This training tool helps pitchers overload their pitching motion with water resistance to ultimately create a more fluid motion     when removed. These are great for stability, balance, connection, control and more.

13U, 14U, and 15U will start with a report on the Rapsodo, they will train with the Tidal Tank and will receive a report by the Rapsodo on their final session. This will track your player's progress. 
All pitching clinics are run out of North High School.
